Next to the restaurant and in the heart of the relaxation area is the Bar, from which you can gaze over the entire park of Borgo San Luigi, feeling as if you were immersing yourself in the vivid colours of an impressionist painting that is always changing with the changing seasons and dominated by the bright, intense turquoise of the swimming pool.
Sitting outside in the sunshine and fine weather, or in winter in front of the ever-burning fireplace, one has the perception of a different passage of time cadenced by the typical rhythm of the Tuscan countryside, which is also the protagonist of our beverage offer. In an atmosphere of friendly and warm welcome from all the staff, you can choose whether to enjoy a glass of good local wine or a cocktail from our drink list, inspired by the territory and its typical products, often also collected in the Borgo's park.
